Hariff Defense Enhance BMC Kirpi with BMS CY-16H

In an effort to strengthen national defense capabilities, Hariff Defense (PT Hariff Dipa Persada), manufacturer of the BMS CY-16 H (Battlefield Management System) and Datalink CY16H (TNI-AD), will participate in a strategic collaboration through a procurement contract for Multipurpose Armored Vehicles (MPAV).

This contract is the result of a collaboration between PT Indonesian Defense and Security Technologies (IDST) and BMC. IDST is a defense industry company that serves as a strategic partner of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemhan RI) in the development of the national defense industry, while BMC is a Turkish military vehicle manufacturer widely recognized for its flagship product, the Kirpi.

“This collaboration is our contribution to building a more resilient and adaptive defense ecosystem, and demonstrates that domestic products possess high capabilities and competitive value,” – Adi Nugroho, President Director of Hariff Defense (PT. Hariff Dipa Persada). This step marks an important milestone in the synergy between the domestic defense industry and international partners, not only proving the technological capabilities of local industries to compete on the global stage but also supporting the acceleration of modernization of the Indonesian National Armed Forces’ (TNI) main defense equipment systems (alutsista).

BMS CY-16H is a digitalized battle management system, where all planning data and operational dynamics can be easily monitored on the BMS screen via tactical indicators. Currently, BMS CY-16H has been implemented on the TNI-AD's combat and tactical vehicles: Leopard, Medium Tank Pindad, Anoa, and Pandur.

By continuing to drive innovation and strategic partnerships, Hariff Defense is committed to being part of Indonesia's modern, self-reliant, and globally competitive defense transformation.
